How to create a form

Create a form as a Blockish Form, then embed it on any page with the Form block.

Typical flow

1. Open Blockish Forms and create a new form.

2. Add fields: text, email, textarea, consent, submit.

3. Place the Form block on a page and pick your form.

4. Check submissions in WordPress admin.
